Sonic Lighting provided sound engineering and sound control equipment at the Taunton celebrations for the Coronation of King Charles III.
Working as a subcontractor for KSPS, we provided labour and equipment across three days, helping bring live music and a live stream of the coronation on the big screen to Taunton.
Sonic Lighting was very happy to supply sound control and technician for live electronic artist Gemma Cullingford at their monthly event Computer World in Taunton.
‘Computer World’ is a monthly DJ-driven club night featuring the very best of classic synthpop, alternative/electronic music and new wave from before, during and after the 80s!
Once again we had the pleasure of providing sound, lighting and production management for the annual St George’s Christmas Fair.
We provided an outdoor live stage along with lighting and sound, along with providing background Christmas music both outside and inside the hall.
Sonic Lighting had the pleasure to work with the fantastic Jarvis Lane again, providing sound and simple lighting for a pub gig in The Black Horse, Taunton.
Sonic Lighting provided technicians and sound hire for Thorfest, a festival in Thorverton.
We provided two technicians for the full day. We took care of every aspect of the sound on the day to ensure a smooth running event. Turnaround times between bands was tight, but we had two skilled engineers on site who were able to work quickly to get each band setup.

We were happy to provide KSPS with PA, folbacks and sound control for their Somerset Film performance of Coleridge Unbound for State of Trust.
Sonic Lighting provided KSPS with a technician for the Sound of The Streets festival, along with hiring sound control and lighting fixtures.

We teamed up with Chris Wilson Sound to provide lighting and sound for Seaton Summer Celebration for the Queen’s Jubilee, an outdoor festival at Cliff Field Gardens in Seaton.
There was a full live stage with great music from Seaton band The Good ‘Ol Boys plus upbeat Bristol folk act The Gin Bowlers, a barn dance from Stomping Dave’s Barn Dance Band and a fun sing-along headliner Roll Out the Barrel.
